There's not a whole lot more to say - LEGOland is AWESOME and the 8 of us had an absolutely Awesome day building memories today!!!
Dad was in his happy place - a whole day with his 3 favourite girls and 4/7 of his favourite grandkids!
Emmet!!!
Emilia and her 'friends'
The lines were a lot longer in July than on our first visit in October... but there were plenty of rides and attractions that we were able to enjoy without losing our patience...
Hunter and Helena LOVED the water world play area - we made a wise choice not to pay for the tickets to the actual water park...
One line I did stand in was for The Dragon... and as three of the kids wanted to come along - we waited together! It was fun to watch Hunter, Helena and Evan hanging out - they're such good buddies.
With all the other excitement on offer at LEGOland, the kids were strangely thrilled to play carnival games - so Grandpa sponsored rounds for all four kids to play and win!
We decided to try the Technic rollercoaster again... none of us really liked the initial descent... but it was really the jerking turns that put me off... at any rate, the kids overall enjoyed the experience of a 'big rollercoaster'... though I think the enjoyed the DinoCoaster much better!
Even going to the toilet at LEGOland is interesting!
Thanks for the T-shirt, Aunt Tori & Uncle Matt - Helena's been living the slogan - "Ice Cream For Freedom"... Hilarious!!
Good-bye LEGOland - we still LOVE you!!! We've had a great time again!!!
Everyone was getting hungry so it was time to get some dinner...
El Pollo Loco - was a crazy end to a crazy fun day!
